Cancelled Orders, Refunds and Returns

Cancelled orders due to wrong date chosen or if you order and come immediately to the bakery are subject a 10% restocking fee for our staff’s time and credit processing fees nonrefundable to us.

Our goal is to make you happy within reason. We will promptly refund you for damaged, missing, poor quality (missing ingredients), or incorrect products received.

Take a clear, identifiable photo of item(s) along with the reason for your request. Contact us at email@woolfies.com for questions related to refunds and returns.

Refund request must be within 24 hours of receipt.

If  approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases for abuse of the refund policy.
