Refund and Returns

Your experience is our top priority. We will promptly refund:

  1. Damaged goods (food or product exposed to the elements).
  2. Incorrect flavors or products received.


What to do:

  1. Take a clear, identifiable photo of item(s) along with the reason for the request. Contact us at email@woolfies.com for questions related to refunds and returns.
  2.  Refund request must be within 24 hours of receipt.

If  approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases for abuse of the refund policy.
