Returns and Refunds
We appreciate every customer who supports our small business and wake up every day with the goal of providing a 5-star experience.
We will gladly and promptly refund you for damaged, missing, poor-quality, or incorrect products received.
SHIPPING: Cancelled order requests will be refunded for the entire order minus credit card fees (2.9%), as we are still responsible for those fees.
PICKUP ORDERS: Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and placed outside for pickup, and we will not be able to refund your order.
WHAT TO DO:
Take a clear, identifiable photo of the item(s) along with the reason for your request.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
