Orders need to be submitted by Monday 8pm to ship for the week. This allows us time to create the most fresh custom made to order for you or your gift! Orders received after Monday 8pm will be shipped the following week.

You will receive a "thank you" email when your order is first placed. You will receive a second email when we generate your tracking label, which will generally be the day before we make/ship your items. Do not be alarmed if you receive a tracking email, and it has not shipped yet.
